Returns

 

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is marked as delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • It must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 


 

Fulfilled Orders

 

Due to the nature of our products, orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in cases where items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.


 

Damages & Issues

 

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at talkingover339@gmail.com.

To process your claim, we require:

  • Clear photo or video evidence of the issue

  • Your order number

Claims submitted without supporting evidence may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

 


 

Delivery & Responsibility

 

Orders are considered successfully delivered once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

  • Delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist where possible.

For added security, we recommend selecting tracked shipping where available.

 


 

Exchanges

 

To exchange an item, please request a return first. Once approved, you may place a new order.

 


 

European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

 

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • It must include original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

 


 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 


 

Policy Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or cancellations in cases of suspected misuse of this policy, including repeated claims of non-delivery or other irregular activity.
